Pontil scars

These bottles are, in my opinion, Burgundy type cylindrical bottle. I`d say they are French or Belgian from about the same period (c.1820-c.1840). Taller was found in the sea and the other was found in a basement.
What surprise me is the differente bases they have. One is clearly blowpipe pontil scar but I`m not sure if the other is sand or disc or what pontil it is.
Could someone help me identify it.
Means the bases that they are not from the same country or only from a different glass maker or a different period...?

The first one is a classic open pontil mark. For the second one its a little hard to tell from the photo. Sort of looks like an improved pontil base but hard to tell exactly from that photo.
