The Andrew is good and early, the other one is not.

So it seems the garage sale guy was correct, and I am forced to surmise that he let them go below premium.. at least the Andrew.. I would have thought the dark puce-purplish color was a repro giveaway, but I'm gonna file that under "learn'd diff'rent today" [;)]

cyberdigger, hold your ground!!!!!

The bottles are all green, the dark purple, puce you see on the left edges is a reflection from my shirt I had on.

I need to tally up the votes and get a concensus.

Gotcha.. a reflection from your shirt.. so now, instead of feeling like a non-expert, I just feel kinda retarded.. [:D]

Now now, no reason to be so hard on yourself. Just think how I "retarded" I'm gonna feel if the consensus says they are real and I passed on them.......

Cuz as soon as I set them down, some other "picker" swooped in a was asking questions about them.

Bombay... they are real, likely English. The Andrews is roughly 1840s, and the other looks to be Victorian.

... Atleast that is my thoughts, for what it's worth. :)

So the picker must have bought them, he's in Johnstown which butts rights up againist my city.

He has some better pictures, but the novice in me still isn't convinced. Those bottles are just to crisp and show absolutely no wear at all, not anywhere, nothing.

But what do I know......so cyberdigger, I win the "you should've seen the ones that got away prize".

Thanks all, live and learn.
