Ruby Red Anchor Glass Beers.

I found 12 whole ruby reds today! And, I bet I'll find more, as this dump is huge. It looks like a "weekender" dump from the mid fiftys to mid sixties, LOTS of whiskeys, beers, and rootbeer/rawlighys(sp?). These are my first ruby beers. I'll post pics later.

Any idea of value? Some shops here try for like 30 bucks, others sell for 5-10 bucks. I'd like your opinion.

i will go with the $5-10. schlitz beer. 1950's i believe. a little different story with the paper labels still on. red bottles are few and far between and those look great in a bright window!

I believe Jeff is pretty accurate with the value ! These were HOT in the 70's and were bringing up close to 50.00 a piece at some Shows. But , they have calmed down to more realistic prices as more have become available and the demand has fell somewhat. I believe the large quart size Ruby Red's are a little higher as they are still quite scarce. Brian

Hey, Thanks Old Timer.
Glad I saw this post awhile back.
I Was Going to leave this one as creekside party trash.
It looked brown until I held it to the sun. Got this off Kovels website.
