Have you found any evidence in research to suggest that there was a Coca-Cola bottling plant in Santiago before the 1920s?

Yes, a Coca Cola bottling plant opened in 1909 in Santiago, Cuba.
I have a Santiago Coca Cola straight side bottle, and am wondering if there was another Santiago bottling plant in a Spanish speaking country.

That sounds like a great find, I'd love to see a picture of it! Do you mean it says Santiago but doesn't specify the country? I could definitely imagine a bottling plant in Santiago Chile as well, though not sure how widely spread Coke was before the hobbleskirt era.

its more than likely from Santiago Cuba , it make sense as its close to the US where coca cola was already widely bottled by then .

I haven't seen any coca cola bottles from Cuba before to be honest

a lot of Canadian tourists visit cuba during the winter , never heard of anyone bringing back found bottles though

Actually I got the bottle in the US from an auctioneer who thought it was a Canadian bottle.
