It's an unusual bitters, for sure. Not one you would see everyday anyway! Initial research turned up this really cool old medical journal from around the TOC. It's got alot of interesting information, including some about your bitters.

Forgot I had a Carlyn Ring Hard cover,shows Toneco as being common.
But thats alright,very rarely do I dig one up. thanks for the Editorial.

Oh well, at least it's something different! I'd personally rather dig something I've never dug before, no matter the value, over a more valuable but common bottle... if that makes sense? Sometimes when I dig a bottle I REALLY like, I think to myself "Man, I hope this one isn't worth TOO much!" LOL Thanks for sharing... I'm glad someone is getting out and digging something this spring!
