I never said there "couldn't" be something hiding on the bottom of a ce-ment hole. I just don;'t like um.I remember getting a few amber straps out of a cementer once but thats about it. The bad ones out weigh the good So remember that hole.

I am looking at that liner and for some reason it doesn't look like "solid concrete" are you sure that is not a cinder liner?
