That is one stunner of a torpedo [] , I'd say GuntherHess is right as to the date but although I've seen a few Hong Kong torp's I've never heard of that company before.

The age is about right and have seen these bottles before and believe a few were found in Darwin in Australia quite a few years ago.

This link may answer your question. Looks like the company took the name "A.S. Watson and Company" in 1871, but operations in Manila didn't begin until 1884, so I'd say GuntherHess hit the nail on the head with the date of your bottle. The site details milestones in the company's history from its inception in 1828 as "The Canton Dispensary" to present time.
