I tried to send pictures but I have a very slow and old computer. Maybe I can describe well enough.
aqua - says soda water property of coca cola bottling co con 6 floz (in all caps and print) on the bottom it has a large c. It has 4 indented straight sides at the bottome and round half way up. I haven't been able to find one shaped like it. Would it be a hutchins? Would like to know how old and where it came from. Connecticut?
Another bottle is Ski, on the bottom says 8 3/4 fl. oz. L-G 343 -1 57
2 coke bottles
coca cola in script(I forgot what you call it but the letters are raised, not painted on) trade mark registered bottle pat. D-105529 min. contents 6 fl oz on bottom Okmulgee, ok.
Coke in print and painted on 6 1/2 oz. Gallup NM
Thanks for any help
Fran

Hi Fran, Your aqua Coke soda water bottle dates in the 1930s. Your other bottles sound like 1950s-60s bottles. They are all crown-top bottles. Hutchinson bottles are strange-looking creatures compared to crown tops. I will picture some hutches below for you. They are the ones with no neck. ~Jim

all of those are commons, the soda water(square waisted one) sells around $10, the Patd-105529's were made in the 40s and sell for around $5- $10, the ski was made in 1957, they sell around $8 or so

the raised lettering is called embossing

[:D]embossed, I knew that. lol Thanks for all the info.
I am really new to all this, as if you couldn't tell.
I bought a Kovel's pricelist book. Is that a good one or can you recommend another? The family has quite a few bottles we would like to ID.
Thanks
Fran

you have all the information you could ever want at your fingertips, if your looking for a good pricelist / information / identification book, then look no further, your in the presence of a whole board of veteran collectors, ready and willing to help you with any question you may have, also you can use the search feature on this site for your own research. in my opinion price guides are always way off...
