we found a bottle that is about 9.25 inches tall and has 16 popsicle stick shaped "sides" around the lower 4.5 inches of the bottle. The only makings on the bottle are on the bottom. There is a diamond over an oval (no markings inside of either). There are 3 numbers to the right of center is 25, left of center is 7 and to the bottom middle is 3. Can anyone tell me about the bottle? Thanks.

Sounds like an owens mark, maybe the "I" didn't take. A picture would help but if you can't then give us more. Is it heavy and a crown top, it may be a soda or beer but could also be a food like ketchup, especially if it's lighter glass and screw top.
Of coarse there are other possibilities.

Hi Eric, thanks for the reply. The bottle doesn't have a screw top. It looks like it may have had a cork (?). There isn't much of buldge like a soda cap would have been crimped over. There is a flat protruding area a quarter inch below the top.
