Hi Taz. All I can tell you is that this company made a nice figural pistol. I've seen 7 or 8 pistols, but I haven't seen your cylinder before.

Here's one that I dug here this summer in New Hampshire with the same embossing.

I've dug these before and have wondered what the writing stands for.
Mine is blown in a mold smooth base from the 1880-1890 era.
2 1/2" tall by 1 1/4" wide.
There is a comma after the PERF, WKS

I bet it's a glass works company, myself.

Some sort of household product, I believe.

Woody I have several pistols in that same light amber, a revolver and a flintlock... The flintlock is a whiskey with ground lip and a pewter closure the revover is more like a est. guess candy... The "pistols" you refer too are they embossed? mine are not... Taz

Hi Taz. The last post about Florida water reminded me that one of the pistols I saw had a partial label for bay rum. Also, my pistol is embossed, but is BIMAL, not a ground lip screw closure.
