Swizzle Jr's First Bottle Dig on Video!!

Hey Swiz, sorry I missed you guys on Saturday, my boy and I got out a little later than I would have liked. But we too had a good day, saw Jim and we pulled out a crock right after he left. Sorry but the suspense is going to have to kill you, no pics til this weekend, I'm off to Boston in the morning and haven't down loaded them yet. But I'll give you a hint, its the smallest jug you've ever seen.
Great to see you have your son out digging, I know I was proud of my little man on his first dig. I'll post his pictures as soon as I can get them off my phone.

Hey Mark. I was suppose to go digging today but a major storm hit within minutes of go time. [] I was all dressed to go and then BOOOOM CRACK!!! Lightening exploded a tree about 100 feet from our kitchen window. I got to hack it down the rest of the way with my machette. [] We re-scheduled for Thursday afternoon. I'm gonna do some hole clearing so Swiz Jr. can have some more decent digs. Swiz

That was a cool video of Jr. and his first bottle. We need to take a few pointers from him since he’s already ahead of us in the bottle department. lol

Hey Mark, I'll see what I can do about this weekend. Wifey needs to find out about her family reunion and they're offering free rides in J-town on the 7th. I'll have to double check the hours on that one. Never been up in the sky in a tin box with wings before. Maybe I can spot some dumps from overhead. Swiz []

Here is a picture of Riverdiver Jr. on his first foray into diving for glass with the old man...the 80cuft cylinder almost killed him when getting dressed because he watched me put mine on over my head. My son Jon is 13 and he started the dive off by finding an OP aqua 8-sided Umbrella Ink and he swam up to me and waved it in front of me then he high fived me!

It was a wicked proud moment for me!

I've always been interested in diving for bottles. Then again if I did everything I was interested in then I'd really have to many hobbies. I still think diving would be pretty sweet though. Nice to see you passing on the tradition to your boy.

Glenn, this is the same dump that I've been digging right along. Drop me a PM if you want to stop by sometime and blow a hole in the ground. The best stuff seems to be around the 5 to 7 foot level. Its getting down to it that takes a while. Swiz
