Texas bottles - need help!!!!!!

What to do in Palestine, Texas on a cold rainy Saturday- rummage antique shops:) well what I found was a pretty green perrier bottle- Pluto water- nu icy 1920s???/Palestine Texas- coca cola 1953/Palestine Texas- crown works bottling/j.l. meyers/Palestine Texas but absolutely no numbers on this 1. If anybody has knowledge about 1 of these please let me know:)

Meyer was in business as early as 1912 when he was sued in U.S. Federal Court by Coca-Cola. The Atlanta company accused Meyer of using bottles, labels, and caps marked Coca-Cola.

Thank u- I'm just not sure of the year but can tell it was early 1900s by the make but hard to find the history and value:)

Hello Mitch. I'm in Victoria, Texas and have been collecting bottles for 45 years. The Crown Bottling Palestine bottle is the best bottle of the group. Looks to date around 1900-1910. Value would be about $30. The other 4 are just $1-$2 bottles.

Thank u very much- my wife and I are very new to this and have a lot to learn - would you happen to know anything about 7up bottles- we posted a question a couples weeks ago but only received 1 response that was as uncertain as we are.

I looked at your old post. The G date code for Glenshaw indicates 1935. If that is correct, you have the earliest swimsuit 7up that was made. We really need some pictures of that bottle with closeup of the letters embossed near the lip and on the base to make sure. Look at the post about 8 Bubble 7 UP. Soda Pop Bob is quite knowledgable about these things but need some pictures.Jay
