HAS ANYONE had a bottle they miss more than most any other, that they let go ?The one for me was a beatiful hard to descibe green 5 inch presciption bottle from IOWA!I can't even remember the embossing ,except it did have a good deal of embossing and of course IOWA. IT was mint. I know who has it and plan to beg, crawl, cry, work around his house, indenture myself to him,WHATEVER IT TAKES TO GET IT BACK! Running 2nd was a very mint light honey amber PLANTATION BITTERS. I meant to tell about only one ,but I had a lime green quart hutch from Penn Yan NEW YORK! GOT carried away,im stopping because my eyes are watering up.

I sold a bunch when we were expecting our baby. I kinda miss this A.P. Smith Charleston S.C. with an Iron Pontil.

As a kid, I dug a 1" squarish black glass perfume bottle out of a farm dump. Sadly, that bottle and about 3/4 of my original collection were casualties of a cellar-cleaning by someone who had no clue about what they were throwing away. Since then, I've seen almost every other bottle that was in my collection, and have bought a few back, but I've never seen another little black glass perfumer like the one I lost. That's the one I miss most.

Oh boy you would of seen the bad side of me if someone threw away my bottles []. I wouldnt be a happy camper and I guarantee the neighborhood could hear me yelling.

It's more than one for me.............. the black glass ale marked Chicago Ills on the shoulder and a glass house embossing on the base, dug that right here in Niles Mich. A pure olive green Rumfords with the dates on the bottom, dug in Niles. An IP S Lay cobalt blue soda dug in LaPorte IN. A pure light yellow Globe quart fruit jar. My buddy and I traded that yellow Globe fruit jar back and forth about 4 times and then I sold it on ebay and we haven't seen it since! Oh well. Can't dwell on the past. Just look forward to finding, digging, and buying more good stuff!! Good luck digging, finding, and buying for all you folks! Paul

I'm sure nobody is going to "feel bad for me" about this one! It was quite a dilemna... two pristine Chapman's Genuine medicine bottles... one green, one honey amber... but one had to go, just couldn't afford to keep 'em both! I would have really loved to keep the pair together, but I made the tough decision, and I'm not telling. [:)]

I'm always a sucker for a good pair, but this pair was a knockout!
