Here is a glass Whimsy hat from the Clyde New York Glass works.The hat is a very unique blue and is the prettiest color blue glass as I have ever seen.Apparently this color blue is easily identified as glass from the Clyde Galen bottle glass works.The hat was made probably around 1870 as the style is slightly different then hats from the mid 19th century.As stated earlier this is a very pretty shade of blue. This hat I picked up on eBay live auctions two years ago.I really miss those as they were a lot of fun.
