The dump only appears at drought!

This post gets to me. Too much rain all at once bothers me as does not enough.
What do I pray for? Rain or drought.
I think peoples lives and crops supersede bottles. Am I wrong?
Oh well, it's happening so get it done and dig.

Yeah, It's one of the best bottles in my collection. Can't find info on it at all, I think it is very hard to find. It's a little beat up, but displays really good.
