Hello Everyone! I could use some help with this bottle, I know alittle about bottles but not alot and im wondering if this bottle is an original or a reproduction and the value of the bottle. It reads on one side THE FATHER OF HIS COUNTRY (has a picture of washingtons head) and on the other side around the picture of Taylor outside the plate it sayd DYOTTVILLE GLASS WORKS PHILADA and inside the plate it says GEN. TAYLOR NEVER SURRENDERS (with a picture of general taylor) It appears to have a pontil base as well as mold lines on the edges. Id appreciate any information on this bottle! Thanks everyone!

Hey Kaz.
Everything sounds legit but I have a few concerns. One, the pontil looks a little funny. Having said that, how many repros would have pontils? Secondly, it looks like there is a seam on the neck leading to the mouth. I can't imagine that an original would have that? Maybe someone more expert can chime in???

on the bottle it looks like there is a horizontal line that runs all around the bottle around the shoulder region and then about 2/3 up the neck of the bottle there is another horizontal line that runs all the way around the neck. They both are sort of similar to a seam but the bubbles and other features in the glass have continuity through those 2 lines unlike the seam on the sides of the bottle which leads me to believe they are not seams but what they are i dont know. Im not really sure what they are. you can see them faintly in the pictures.
