While cleaning up some junk in the woods today on my grandparents' property (my old home), I was pleased to look down and see this. Nothing rare, but a nice ACL Sugar Free 7-Up from 1976. I know I walked past it about ten times before I even realized it was there! As there are no dumps in this area, this one must have been washed up in the flood last fall. I have found a few bottles there over the years among the flood junk. I'll have to check for more! Jim

Hi, John. I'm just like you, I won't leave any decent bottle laying around! If I find it, it goes home with me. I figure if some young punks find it next, it might end up being used for target practice and would then be lost to future collectors. As a poison collector, I'm into color and variety, so I'm actually quite fond of ACL sodas, especially the green ones. I found an older ACL 7-Up at my camp this past summer, only to discover that the very top was broken off [:(] This find kind of makes up for that little disappointment! Jim
