I dont believe there are any pontil marked ones in that color. Not to mention the other indications.

ya $250 is a lot of bucks for a re-enactor item.
Seems to me like the seller just posted questions that supported thier auction or aided in the confusion. Just my opinion. It will probably show back up on fleabay after they figure out they got ripped off.

I thought about the Dog River stuff. I thought they went out of business but I guess not. Their lips are different though

They did as far as I know. I think that item is one of thier past creations that has polluted the bottle stream. It will be floating around until someone crushes it with a sledge hammer.

Yup ,I thought so too but I looked around. I've since posted under Scams that there may be a fake site about them. It's still waiting approval.
