I am on a desperate search for a Barq's bottle from Columbus, Ga. It is kind of an odd one, it looks like a run of the mill generic milk bottle, but in a round slug plate it actually says Barq's. Now I am unaware if it actually says root beer, or bottling works, or has bite, I really can't say. But I know it is out there, and if anyone has one or any info on it I am interested in hearing from you. I have been told by some people it's a farely common bottle, I collect southern bottles with slug plates and until today I had never heard of or seen this bottle.

Well currently I only search for bottles from north Florida and southern Georgia. Slugplates are my personnal preference but I am always interested in other odd bottles from the same areas. As of right now my mission is to find this bottle from Columbus, or at least more information on it.
