Warners w/Reversed Safe in Dark Amber

I just picked this up recently. It's the first reversed Safe Cure I've owned. It is so dark it looks like black glass unless you can get some light behind it.

We finally got some sun at the end of the day today so I snapped some pics. Does anyone know if this is a normal color for these reversed safe varients? I can't say that I've seen them before either that or I just can't remember the last time. I would call it chocolate amber if that's even a color. Would love to know more about them.
