Weird Face Bottle - Any thoughts? Thanks!

Got a hold of this weird face bottle for cheap. It has some old traits that's why I posted it here, but it may be newer just not sure.

Appears to be mold blown with some type of pontil mark and an unevenly applied tooled top. The glass is painted, but not sure if it should be or if someone painted it. The paint is easily rubbed off.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks again!

this is a cool bottle.hand made,yea,probly mexico ,but made 1950s or 60s.this is the kind of bottle that will be shuat after in time.id say very few made.

It is an Inca Piso. Originally, from Peru, but I have seen miniatures that were Italian and Spanish production. The minis are everywhere, don't see nearly as many big ones. But, they are 1960s, 1970s and 80s and probably even still made.

I believe it's from somewhere in south America. Peru, Brazil....etc
