Not all that uncommon, I think they were made for glass salesman to show off the different lip and neck options on bottles their companies were trying to sell....

REALLY ! Looks like a soda or wine or mineral water or ???? with a base glued to a broken at the shoulder area bottle.

Looks like one piece to me. I wonder if they had special molds for these things, or if they just modified a regular bottle mold.

The seller is in Poland, I have no idea what they may do over there or why and what it's for.Maybe a brew, wine or something taster.It looks OK to me though, just weird..
