Went out to scratch around in an area located between an old 1830's church and General Neville's original mansion who was the revenue collector for the whiskey tax that incited a 2 day rebellion in 1794. As I was wondering thru the wilderness, I came across an area where high waters had washed away the bank exposing layers of black dirt, old bricks, a shoe sole and some pottery shards. I grabbed a sturdy stick and started scratching at the bank wall and out rolled half a hobbleskirt Coke embossed Steubenville, O on the base. I also found a small piece of an aqua TOC soda with "HO" embossed in the lower left slugplate. Realizing this isn't much of a story and it being such a beautiful day, I went back and grabbed the camera . . .
