What great photos! I especially like those sunsets over the lake. I think the Finger Lakes and Southern Tier are some of the most scenic areas in the US.
Well Steve, You really laid it on heavy. We had just as much fun as you did, I can assure you. It was a great time of getting acquainted and kicking around with our bottle passions.
We will look forward to having you visit again, when the opportunity makes in possible. It might even work out for a trip to Florida, and even a possibility for us to see some of South Jersey again. I do want to get to the Wheaton Museum to examine some of their collection of wooden molds. I know they have a new curator - but I don't have any good contacts there anymore.
Thanks for all your compliments and expressed gratitude - to a couple old people.
RED and Agnes Matthews
No Red,[] this would be laying it on heavy thank goodness you didnt visit China[][] Agnes would not have been able to post bail for you.You would have been eating a lot of brown rice!! I couldnt resist sorry!
Great post Steve (and Red). Its really nice to flesh out some of the people behind the posts. Red you are a wildman. Steve's right, don't try that stunt in China. It won't end well.
Great story and pictures!,....Red you're living in my dream home....I liked all the anecdotes, but especially the motorcycle one,...I've always loved and owned bikes,...and I've done some "level four" maneuvers,...but that one shows a great sense of adventure! Steve,...thanks for sharing your weekend getaway with the Matthews!, First class.
