What is it?

Bought an interesting bottle. Very cool looking but don't know what it is. Please take a look and post a reply as to your thoughts of what it is. Bottle is 5 inches tall, has approximatly 16 swirls, is aqua in color, and has open pontil. Thanks for looking.

Can you give us a closer picture, where did it come from and is there any wear on the bottom?
