My dad recently found this with some bottles that he traded with a guy that didn't know what this was either. It is 3 1/2 inches in diameter and 4 1/2 inches tall. Looks like a four piece mold (2 on the neck). It has really thick glass on the bottom and is a light olive or yellow olive color. Is this a fire grenade? Thanks for any help.

Interesting looking thing... How thick is the glass? I wonder about some of the designs of fire grenades. It seems they would have designed them to have "fairly" thin walls so that it wouldn't require a husky man putting all his weight into throwing it directly downward upon a concrete surface to burst it releasing its "fire fighting" patented liquid...

That seems to be a bit small for a fire grenade to me, I could be wrong though . I can't give any suggestion as to what it could be either .
