What is this? is it fake or real?

I got this interesting bottle. I really don't know what to describe it as, so I'll let the pics do the talking. Is this real and what would it have been? Thanks for all your help, it is greatly appreciated.

Top looks machine made, but the seams don't match up. The Lightning stopper also goes INTO the glass. Both odf these factors make me think it's a fake.

Thanks everyone. I really like the embossing and decided to take a gamble since I was doing well that day. If it was blue, I would've known it was a fake.
