Hello Everyone,

What were these cobalt blue, ringed bottles used for? They are 9 & 7 inches tall.

Could be barber's bottles though I have never seen any like this.The ribs look like pepersauce bottles,but the cobalt throws me off on them being pepper sauce...any way cool looking bottles!JAMIE

I would say barber bottles too although these seem rather unique. Too decorative to have been used for anything commercial like sauces.

I'm not familiar with them, but most likely they were used for cologne, toilet water or the like... They could be sauce or barber bottles also...

Imagine those beauties on the shelf at a bar in ..1880? ..or on the counter, full of the poison every comes there for.. nifty and neat.. [8D]
