Hi - I found a partial bottle recently: Greenhill Dairy, Wilmington, Delaware. Seems that nobody has posted about it yet. I am having trouble finding any online info about this one. I know that there was a drive-in burger joint by that name here in Delaware... I assume it was a dairy farm...
Hi Botlguy -
how about posting a photo of your WAW-WAW bottles? I don't know them...just searched and read a bit but am still in the dark. Nothing like a few pics to clear things up.
Bringing this topic back, I purchased a Whitehurst Juniper-Tar Compound over the weekend at a local antique store, looking for date & value on this bottle.
See photo's.

FYI.
I sent this eBay seller a polite email explaining the situation as I learned about it here on the forum. She replied with what appears to be a sincere appology, she says that she's going to change the description to clearly state reproduction.
Her story is that items were donated to...
This is a bit tough to see, but zoom in if you can. Kerr ad showing lid types including your economy clamps & the lids to match.
Look just below that BMac - those half pint jelly glasses look very familiar, don't they?

Hey Jason -
it's never enough TMI for me - knowing the history, usage & stories behind the bottles & the products really makes this hobby fascinating.
It's got me hooked!
Thx all. I went back and purchased this bottle today. This forum is such a great resource to talk with educated bottle collectors. Def gives me confidence to go after a bottle like this and know that I'm getting a fair price (or maybe even a good deal in this case).
Debeel - great bottles...

I came home with some fruit jars, funny, I just knew that was gonna happen!
The lady of course thought that everything was real valuable, but I could tell right away that most of them must've been purchased in the 50's & 60's for home canning. Thanks Warren for the suggestion to ask about...
LOL - if the bartender's helper is a cute young lass, then Yes, I too should get myself some bartender's helper! I'll have to keep an eye out for her. ;)
Uhm, seriously, somebody suggested that denture cleaner tablets will help clean up old bottles, but I haven't had the need to buy any of...
I came across this at an antique shop today. I wasn't sure what to make of it, so I took this photo. The only thing embossed was BOERICKE down the side. Searched online: company founded 1853, still exists in some form today. I see several bottles for this pharma/chemist on this site &...
