FRESH FROM THE BARN FIND

I want to know the story behind these bottles. Did you just find them all or did you buy them? After seeing your post the same song that played in my head when i read willingtombottleboys post about all those bottles is playing in my head now. "Jizz in my Pants" by the lonely island.

Not to state the obvious here or make you look bad Dan, but isnt that what makes commons common and rares rare? I mean if you think about it they are only common because there are a ton of unbroken ones lying around everywhere.

Hi Tim, thanks for the info. Mine is clear and has the bail and original stopper although a chunk is missing from the stopper [:@] could you explain the variations to me if possible and how the effect the price? Thanks again

Now i could be wrong but i believe this really isnt all that old.I work for an auctioneer and lately we sold an estate and its contents and there were several bottles identical to this shape but i am not sure about the stars sun and moon embossing and these had paper labels. They were brandy and...

Hey guys I know there are a lot of reproductions of the E.G. Booz log cabin whiskey bottles, and i have one. I work for an estate auctioneer and i see several go through the auction all the time, I have yet to see a real one or i would spend a pretty penny on it. What im wondering is is there...

Walking the Ditch.

Well plumbata that is one thing i dont have to worry about, there are no other diggers(; so noone to take my spots. but unfortunately noone to help me find them either. As soon as i get it all cleaned up ill put a picture up, rusted pretty bad. Not sure how much is rust and how much is mud though.

Walking the Ditch.

While walking a ditch back in the Spring i found what appeared to me to be a dump. If you have seen any of my older posts you may have seen the 3 gallon crock i pulled from this dump. I dont think the dump has any age to it because i found some neat smalls but none were embossed, and everything...

Tips on finding household dumps.

Well thanks for all of the info everyone. I guess i can say i too have paid for someones internet on here. So far it has been rainy here in Tennesee so i have yet to drive around and check out any spots.
