    Another unknown button

I'm currently navigating this website on a phone and won't be able to get to a computer until Wednesday. I will look at the links then. Thanks for them and I hope they help. Surprisingly, I've never seen a button with a flower like mine on the internet when I searched for it.

    Another unknown button

Alright, I'm completely stumped this time. This button came from the same home site. It's got no markings except a flower and a pattern on the edges around the flower. It's smaller than a dime (penny shown) and has a broken shank. The shank almost looks hand applied, but as you can all probably...

    Boy Scouts Button???

Thanks, Poison_Us. Actually, I've been researching the Boy Scouts buttons and have learned a lot on buttons themselves. It seems to be a really money-involved hobby, and I don't think I'd ever want to get involved with it. [>:]

    Boy Scouts Button???

Thanks for the information. I would have assumed with the bear and all, it would have to do with the boy scouts. By the way, where did that picture come from?

    Boy Scouts Button???

I made this find today with my Garret AT Pro. I'm thinking it's a boy scout button, but I'm not really sure. It's a little bit bigger than a quarter and there is a hole in the back where I'm thinking a shank or loop would go. The only markings are the bear and design on the front. Could anyone...

    V.Donat Chicago bottle

I've got one of the same sort. Mine has the different address, 576 W. 19th St. (This address was also used on crown top bottles) I haven't found much information on this company before, but when I buy from guys who have Chicago bottles, they seem to have a lot of my variety shown below. Yours...

    Horseshoe help

I found this horseshoe metal detecting today and have never seen anything like this. I googled antique horseshoes, and saw one like this in a lot on Ebay and in a picture of a Rare Horseshoe stand at a show. That was all though. Anyone know how to date these or know the date of this specific...

So where are the detector reports??

    RE: 2-9 hunt =FAIL I did find a 1913 wheatie yesterday, so not everyone's 2-9 hunt was a fail.[;)]

    Revisiting Christmas

Thanks. I'm starting to run out of shelf space, so I'm going to have to get rid of all those Listerines and such that are now undesirable. [:(][:D]

    Revisiting Christmas

Thanks. The cobalt Lomax's are one of the more common cobalt hutches. They are really neat looking and display nice.[:)]

    Revisiting Christmas

Yesterday, I went back to the guy whom I bought all my Christmas bottles from. The trip was just as satisfying as last time, but my wallet wasn't happy. [:D][:D][:D] Anyways, I'm just going to do names and photos, but if anyone wants any more information or more photos on a particular one, feel...

Hutches and Stoneware and more! OH MY!!

I picked these all out myself. The hutches were $6 per bottle. The ss were free, the squats were $10 a piece, and the stoneware was $20.[:D]

Hutches and Stoneware and more! OH MY!!

Thanks everyone. It took about 2 hours to clean them though, and some have stains that won't come out. [:o]

Hutches and Stoneware and more! OH MY!!

Well, today was Christams for us due to circumstances that couldn't be stopped. I got tons of bottles! I also got a book, "Dig those Chicago Bottles!". I've just looked through the pictures and saw quite a few bottles I already have. Well, to make this short and simple, I'll just write the name...

    Been a while

Thanks Plumbata. SAbottles, that's pretty amazing. Those lids must be pretty uncommon. I was wondering how the bottles were closed, too (another reason I bought it, I guess I could say). Altogether, I just though the bottle was weird and interesting in its own sort of way, and would never have...
