i work construction in SF and have come across lots of bottles and artifacts over the years...many parts of the city are built on fill from the 1800s.pretty exciting but most people never get to enter these areas.most construction sites are gaurded and highly off limits.
i ve spent alot of time walkin the tracks here in cali. and i ve found a few cool bottles..theres alot of history on those old rail lines.look for any turn a rounds where the lines end ,they used to dump there trash around there..
i dug this bottle in san francisco ca near howard st and 7th.old lot which will be residential condos.we were running underground waste line when many bottles started poping up.this was the best i found.some one snuck in at night and did some heavy digging cuz when we got back on moday they...
creek digging is a great way to find bottles.i have been thru every creek in my area and have found many bottles.this is how i found my secret dump spot ..on a creek bank where an old farm/neighbor hood once stood.all that is left is the dump area.
