hi everyone, i have several ball jars, that according to how the script is, where made between 1962 & 1979. it is also mark schulptured glass. are these collectable? thanks for any information, rhona

Hi Rhona, I'd say they're collectible if you want to can in them. The exception would be pints with flowers and quarts with various historical sites embossed on the back that were made for the bicentennial and are moderately collectable - worth a couple of bucks apiece. I do quite a bit of home canning and I'm still using those too. -Tammy
