You have to give that broken bromo seller some credit for his quick efficient description. (color added).

Broken ... bad Baltimore MD it says.... 2 1/4" x 1 1/4" AS IS

I like how he says no returns so if you buy this as a gift for somebody and they say "you paid what?!", there's no turning back!
