This is concerning the different number of BUBBLES on ACL 7UP bottles. I went thru the 7UP bottles that I have and found this. It has 7 bubbles over the swimsuit girl, 7 bubbles under the 7UP logo, 7 bubbles on the back neck, & 6 bubbles on the front neck.

I totally agree! I'll hold on to it until I find someone who collects error bottles.

From the viewpoint of screen printing, I recall that voids are much more common than fills.
That is images tend to drop bits and pieces off the design as the plate or screen degrades, rather than adding or filling in pieces of paint that the screen didn't have. It's much harder...so rarer Not impossible, but rare.

So it is either intentionally done or it is a mistake. Without examining it first hand, I could never opine.
So, I'd try to find corroboration to prove either theorum. Look for experts and, or look for another copy of the variant.
Both could help with the validation as to what is what.

Cool. And distinct difference to me from the photo.
