Thanks in advance for any assistance!

I came across this bottle and can not find any information and was hoping that you folks could help out.

On the body it reads:

"Frank's"

"IT'S THE BEST" (inside a ribbon that extends from the s in Frank's)

Around the bottom:

1 Pint 14 Fluid Ozs

Registered Phila, PA

On the bottom: (Is hard to read, but I think it reads ....)

3 (The Owens-Illinois Symbol) 48 -or 49

And 3 underneath

Going by the Owens Dating I believe it is 1948-49 made at the Huntington, West Virginia Plant.

The only other reference to Frank's I found was a few Nectar bottle around the same date.

Any help of clarification of time and place and also origin would be appreciated.

Thanks again!

Frank's was a popular Pennsylvania beverage, you're right on the year. Bottles come in numerous colors and sizes, it would have had a bottle cap or paper label letting you know what flavor soda it was....
