SOMEONE TOLD ME THAT BARTEE WAS A SMALL LOCAL COMPANY IN CORDELE. ANYONE KNOW WHERE I WOULD START TO LOOK FOR ANY INFORMATION ON THESE BOTTLES. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIND ANYTHING ON THE INTERNET. I GUESS I CAN JUST PUT IT UP ON EBAY FOR 99 CENTS AND JUST SEE WHAT HAPPENS. IF ANYONE KNOWS ANYTHING, I'D APPRECIATE ANY INFORMATION! THANKS

Local bottles are harder to find info on. I would say that your best shot is at your local library. Good luck!

Cordele is only about 12,000 now. In 1925 at least there was a Chero Cola plant there. Maybe they bought him out.

I think I am just going to list it and see what happens. Unfortunately, I don't think we have any Local clubs is our small town--LOL. Anyone got a better auction title suggestion than
"OLD CORDELE GA BARTEE BOTTLE"
You think I should still list it under Soda bottles? I guess that's what it is.
Anyway, any suggestions would be appreciated, I got the auction ready and will probably start it in about an hour! Thanks

If it's not machine made add BIM. You got plenty of characters left to be creative with. Use defunct or something.

HEY ERIC, I have know idea if it's machine made. I think you tell somehow by the seams on the bottle right? What does BIM mean and defunct?

Heres a picture showing where the seam stops on the bottle, if you can tell me anything by that. (boy, this paint program on my computer has sure come in handy)
