I picked up this bottle over the w/e. no seams but it looks a little too pretty to be that old, whataya think? the pontil mark also looks neat.....

That's a polished pontil. Polished pontils were pretty much only used for fine decanters or apothecary bottles in the 19th century, and art glass in the 20th century. I don't think yours is very old, but it is decorative.
