Hi All:

I was just wondering if anyone has any tips on figuring out who manufactured a bottle when only half the stamp is visible?

I have a crock gingerbeer style bottle, and while it has no label on it, there is a manufacturer stamp near the bottom, but only half of it is visible. All I can make out is "...NNEDY" & "...OWFIELD". I've tried googling this, but to no avail. I have also had no luck with my bottle ID books. Keep in mind this could very well be a Canadian manufacturer.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks, Meredith

WOW! Thanks TROG, that makes my life a lot easier! Ok, so how did you know that...was it just experience or did you use some reference materials?
