I have never seen another one as far as I can recall.
The DR J. CHEEVER'S LIFE ROOT MUCILAGE bottles from Charlestown are also pretty rare.

As far as pontil marked bottles with "mottos".
Certainly there arent many. Dont know if these would fit the definition...
