I havent run across that one. What does the top look like? Does it have screw threads?

Top is a cork sealed top amd is not threaded.

Nice, can you post the whole thing. What's all say including address (4E John St New York?). I'm guessing a lotion or something. Maybe a loose translation "New Tone", like for skin tone?

A pic of the whole thing from a distance would help a lot. If it's truly a "flask" it's very unusual.

Nice bottle. I don't know anything about it, except that Neo-Tono is Italian, meaning New Tone, in addition to being the name of the company.
