Ever seen this crying baby, cologne maybe?

I've seen a patent drawing for that bottle. I think it was for a guy named Spencer in New York. Probably cologne. I think it's worth $50.

Thanks for the info, it has a small spider crack but its whole and I rarely dig up any figurals unbroken.
