It's not technically considered a 'cure' unless it is embossed 'cure'. It is a worm medicine. They are somewhat common, worth about $5-10. Dates from around 1890s.

Well, my books slammed me, so I checked ebay, there are a few on there for around $10.00-12.00
As for age I am thinking turn of the century, Late 1800's?
