This is a medicin bottle and it´s all mold made. (Body diameter: 54 mm.)
The embossed design seems to be a laboratory flask that became a "B" by deformation...
and it´s is an only line drawn.

The items you are finding appear to have beeen made in countries other than the U.S.A. so many of our members may not be familiar with the manufacturers marks. Hopefully some of our non-USA members will be able to shed some light.
