I went out to the Auglaize earlier today. I went to a bridge that crosses the upper most area. Once i go upstream from this bridge it begins to narrow. The first 1/2 mile I didnt find much, shards, baby food jars, worn ACLs and such. The first bottle I found is the clear slick. It has a very irregular bottom, the bottom has what seems to be a lip, on the inside it goes from thick to thin. On the side there is a slightly sunken spot with striations. I tried to get some good pictures so maybe you can decide possible date. I also found a Huebner beer toledo, and the diamond patterned liquor bottle. The liquor bottle has the federal warning on the bottom. I found a 1/2 pint milk embossed Brown Dairy Wapakoneta Ohio. I waded up almost 2 miles, I wanted to go further but it was getting late. I am going to try to find a bridge and work down. I am not sure if there is one close, might have to just get a very early start. Not pictured is a bottle embossed bottle made in India on the bottom.

Love the milk and beer. Where does the mold seam end on the whiskey flask? Looks to be either early machine blown or possibly mold blown. The side seams and neck will determine which. Good luck on your next creek walk. Buster.

Hey Lepew,
The flask slick is pretty common. You got a little wrinkle on it from when it was blown but it is the least desire-able bottle in that lot. IMO, the milk is the best. Small town with a crazy Indian name and nice embossing. That's something people will want!
