went back last weekend and cleared a bunch of the grass. Found shards on the underside of the lip of the bank. Pulled a few more shards from the bottom of the creek. We were no way prepared for digging in the creek. 2' of water and close to 1' of mud. (bringing waders next time we go).
Got started on the privy but didn't have the time to get a good jump on it. (clearing the vegetation took forever).
We also found a dump that we wouldn't have seen had I not found a hunk of tin. Inside of a dense thicket of brush/bushes/grass. Looks to be car parts and other misc. metal. Chainsaw is coming with us the next time we get up there.

So basically found shards, found a dump and cleared some grass. Nothing too exciting yet.

won't be there again for a cpl of weeks. Going to inlaws for a week to finish digging a privy, one of the dumps we've been working on and the original dump of the farm. (my daughter is going nuts to get up there and dig/detect).
