Its amazing the extent fleabay goes to keep people from contacting them.
What does it say about a corporation when you cant even send an email to them?

I wanted to send an email to them to ask them to restore the "search titles and categories" box to category searches.
They love to randomly screw with the user interface, its very irratating.

I've been with Ebay for 10 - 12 years now and always thought the same thing. About a month ago I had a problem and thought what the heck I'll try and call them. Much to my surprise someone actually answered and took care of my problem. Called back about a week later to finalize and same thing so even though I've never needed to before, it was nice to know I could. I hate it when they change stuff around too!

I also have great luck with the phone. I would never email them, too difficult to explain ANY problem that way, I would much rather talk to a person so they understand what I am trying to convey. Perhaps that is why it is not an option with them, just not viable to resolving problems.

When I need to contact an organization like Ebay or Amazon.com I Google "What is Ebay's phone number". Someone will always have it posted.
