I would leave it. It looks pretty clean as is

If you dug it, I'd leave it for a while and then carefully clean it. If you clean it too soon after digging it the label can wash off. I would clean it though, it looks pretty filthy.

If you do clean it be very careful.them ACL bottles the color will come right off.yellow comes off the worst.
