Went back to my Insulator Dump Saturday June 23. Didn't have too much luck ( Didn't bring home any Insulators ).
I did find another mint shape Edison Battery jar cover and found a lock which I know was used on the trains. It takes a special key which I did not locate. Pictures below. I am also posting pictures of why I didn't find any Insulators. I am into a lot of metal wire in the ground. Under all this wire is where my son and I have found 3 of the 4 Canadian Bostons.

I have seen a couple "key" styles of the Raco lock you have pictured. They are fairly common as the railway seemed to use a lot of them.

Getting through piles of wire can be a real pain in the ass, good luck with it.
