i know these type of bottles are tricky to determine real or repro if you know nothing about them.so can you tell me how you can tell it is real?? I am not arguing with you I seriously want to know cause I run into these time to time an afraid to buy cause I don't know how to tell a real from a repro.. Thanks

I would think you would need to handle as many as possible at bottle shows and places like that, I'm sure Jeff can be of Great Help to you...

It's a huge book, but McKearin and Wilson's American Bottles and Flasks and their ancestry has what was at the time a comprehensive listing of both the real ones and the fakes. That's a good starting place.

Jeff's a dealer in high end bottles. If he says it the real McCoyski, it's real...
